NIGHT MOVES

Over the last couple of years, I’ve been taking a nostalgic look back at my raving experiences of the 90s and early noughties and have created a series of expressive and vibrant pastel drawings which echo my experiences of losing myself on dance floors in my youth. Through drawing, I’m looking at those fleeting moments of altered states, those highs of human experience where we’re lost in music.

Often those moments I’m looking to capture are those where we’re lost; in movement, in music, in a shard of light, in ourselves.
