REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of the print on demand service and limited edition prints, we can only accept returned prints which have been damaged in transit or arrive faulty. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please do contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@patsymcarthur.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
To complete your return, please send me a screenshot of your purchase email and the details of the issue.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
