WATER
I’ve been using water as an environment for my figures for many years. The resistance and the weightlessness of water make it the perfect place to capture the human figure in motion. Below the surface has a different temperature, sound, speed and even gravity has a different pull. I love what happens visually as a swimmer cuts through water and it resonates on another level as we journey through life creating our own ripples along the way.
