The Lake
The Lake is an original charcoal and gesso drawing, framed in white behind anti-reflect glass. Water has been a recurring theme in my work for many years and while much of my water work focus on swimming and movement, this piece celebrates a moment of quiet contemplation as the figure enters the lake. The light is diffused and the drawing has a magical, ethereal feel.
